Cancellation Policy for Shadow Path Services

At Shadow Path Services, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our company, we have outlined the following cancellation policy. By booking with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Non-Refundable Deposit
1.1. A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your reservation.
1.2. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of the service and will not be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellations, delays, or no-shows.
2. Cancellations
2.1. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be eligible for a refund of any amount paid excluding the $150 non-refundable deposit.
2.2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to additional charges and will not be eligible for any refund.
2.3. Same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of all payments made.
3. Waiting Time and No-Show Policy
3.1. For airport pickups, Shadow Path Services will wait up to one (1) hour after the aircraft’s actual arrival time at no additional charge in the event of a flight delay.
3.2. For non-airport bookings, we will wait up to one (1) hour from the scheduled pickup time at no additional charge.
3.3. If the client fails to arrive within the one-hour waiting period and does not communicate with our team, the booking will be considered a no-show.
3.4. In the event of a no-show, no refunds will be issued, and the full booking amount may be charged.
4. Modifications to Bookings
4.1. Requests to modify a booking (including date, time, location, or duration) must be communicated as soon as possible.
4.2. All modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Force Majeure
5.1. In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies, Shadow Path Services reserves the right to reschedule the service or offer a credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
